Breakfast was complementary but I don't remember lunch being offered.

Thank you. Something about lunch at Chops is mentioned on the suite welcome letter above, but breakfast is what we were really interested in. Thanks for your reply.

An undocumented perk we enjoyed when we were in RFS a few years ago was a personal escort from check-in to boarding, by-passing the security lines in true VIP style. This was unexpected but my mother really enjoyed the special attention. This was on the Indy sailing from Southampton. If they did this for RFS then it follows that they would do it for Royal Suite.

 

Cooked to order breakfast in chops is a complementary perk for suite guests but I wasn't impressed with the service or quality. This will depend on sailing so hopefully you will have a better experience.

 

You will get invites for ship tours and special events with cards placed in your suite. With tours, you have to let the suite concierge know ahead of time. One I really enjoyed was brunch at Chops.

In some videos of suites I’ve seen soda cups in what looks like a welcome gift. Is that typical of an amenity or something the guest would have purchased ahead of time?

 

Trying to figure out if soda packages are worth it for the kids. :)

Any of the Star Class Suites include the unlimited beverage package. The cups may have been in those suites.

Soda would only be available in the Suite and Diamond Lounges during the 3.5 hour evening cocktail period.

I believe breakfast and lunch is in Giovanni’s no chops but same breakfast , lunch was a small menu with 3 choices chicken, steak or fish, you could also bring in food from wj. We always try to make the breakfast.

They have definitely removed the lunch in chops on sea days from voyager class.

Is it really worth paying so much extra for less perks. Never go to concierge lounge for canapés and drinks. Nor for breakfast so paying so much extra is now not worth it

Anyone book or stay in a two bedroom grand or royal family suite on Adventure (or other voyager class) recently that can tell me what perks it includes?

 

I'm told that many of the privileges have been stripped and are now limited to Royal Suite Class ships like Oasis and Quantum class.

 

Looking for feedback before I book. Thanks!

Presently on Adventure of the Seas and, as others have asserted, most of the perks listed on the site provided by Bob for Grand Suite and higher apply, including in-suite dining off the MDR menu.
