Haha...you should see the graph in my app looks like VVVVVV haha. Hopefully that turns out how it was supposed to in my head! :') Still not pre-cruise weight...but almost there 2 lbs -ish to go. The weathers been damp and cold, haven't ventured out on our evening walks yet. But work and meetings are running us ragged, so no 'steam' to exercise! At least with rain, everything is starting to green up and we are noticing buds on the trees. Excited for spring. I love this season! Hope you all did well!! Lot of self-induced stress past week working with a VP from the company, but he's happy so I'm happy. Now letting it all fade away... 5 weeks until the epic UK adventure, just focusing on that, eating kinda good, and planning our stops. Don't think 185 will happen, but 190 doesn't look too bad on me. Steftacular Posted March 31, 2017 #6 Share Posted March 31, 2017 I started weighing myself and it's maddening! I need to stick with my once a month measurements. I fluctuate a lot from day to day and it's very discouraging, so for my own sanity, no more weighing! Last weekend was rough.... I work from home every day and had to go into Corp on Saturday ... I'm pretty sure if I worked from an office I wouldn't have a chance! So many goodies! I have no will power! I eat healthy because I don't buy bad stuff, nothing to tempt me... But I was surrounded by candy and junk food all day on Saturday! I came home with a stomachache and shame lol My coworkers and I are trying really hard to take hourly breaks and do exercises... Nothing but 30 seconds here and there, but it's getting us up out of our chairs. I really feel like that's making a difference! On the other hand, I pretty much have to wear gym clothes all day everyday, I've almost forgot what real clothes are like! I need to do some legit meal planning this weekend. Good luck everyone! Didn't think I stood any chance after going with the family to the buffet at the casino, having my grandson's bday at our house and then the next night stopping with the wife and 3 granddaughters to carvel for ice cream.. Yet I didn't indulge and have yet to have ice cream yet in 2017... How nice. Diana, You will get that pound off fast I know. Isn't it nice to have sunshine, hope it last and spring weather and not winter weather is here to stay. Stef, Working from home is nice and wearing comfortable clothes is a plus. I know when having food around so hard to say no! Rob, you have more power than me, don't know if I could say no to Ice Cream! Congrats on your loss. You were rewarded for being good. I stayed the same again. Was mostly good with a few slips. This time in 6 weeks I'll be on the train to London and on my way to my 2 week Alaska cruise!!!! Am gagging for a day off plan but trying my hardest to last til the cruise...where I'll have 14 'bad' days lol congrats to the losers and hope the gainers get back on track this week! renjrusa Posted April 3, 2017 #14 Share Posted April 3, 2017 Should be a good week to lose. We finally had some sunshine and warmer weather yesterday. Went to the gym and after breakfast went to the park and played tennis for a few hours as my granddaughter who is cruising with us has her first tennis match today. Its been so bad here they have had to practice inside the gymnasium.. Then after lunch walked for a few miles with the wife and grandson...
