No Receipt yesterday for online purchase?

Hello,

 

I purchased some items yesterday on my cruise planner and normally I receive a receipt within hours, but yesterday I never received one at all.

 

Did anyone else have the same problem? Before I call Royal I want to see if there is an actually issue or did it get caught in my spam and I just have not seen the alert yet.

I've experienced this before. I always check my calendar in my Cruise Planner to make sure what I've purchase is there.

Check your cruise planner for your calendar and your purchase history. If it's there, then don't sweat it. You can print your purchase history if that will make you feel better.

I have always received a receipt until my last purchase. It was for the drink/internet special and I purchased it for both of my B2B cruises. I was concerned as well but I did what others are suggesting and printed out the purchase history.

Thanks everyone.

 

I do see the dinners in my cruise planner, but not purchase history that shows my drink package.

 

I normally take a pic of the receipt just in case I run into any issues while on board.

 

I'll give it another day or so and then call them directly.
