Changing guests

Recommended Posts

Hi cruisers.

My family and I have 3 balcony staterooms booked for November on Navigator OTS. One couple may not be able to go. I know that you have to keep one original name on a booking. Is it possible to change one name now and the other name at a later date? Our staterooms are all together and we don't want to lose that.

Thank you.😎

Do you have 6 people with 3 cabins? I don't think you'll want to pay for 6 if you only have 4....

Yes, it was 6 people for 3 cabins....2 of the 6 may cancel. We have another couple that might want to go. I was wondering if we could change both names in their booked cabin. Bob answered. You must keep one original name. That means we will most likely give up that one cabin. If the new couple decides to go, they will have to book a different cabin. We were hoping to keep the cabin as all 3 are located together.

You should be able to call Royal and have the new couple get that same cabin....it will just be repriced at current rates. Try to get a conference call with the couple cancelling and the couple booking and Royal.

Or...they can just change "one" of the names from the old couple to the new couple and then call and change the other name at some point in time ...Yes, of course it will be repriced when you delete the original name on booking, but this allows them to for sure keep that cabin.

One of the names on the original booking must remain, else the booking is cancelled and the stateroom re-priced.

Yes...of course it's "repriced" (as I posted) but this would be an easier way for the group the OP is traveling with to keep this particular cabin that is next to them. I read it as being the point of the OP who understands it's going to be repriced....they just don't want to lose that cabin location.
