lnuzzo Posted May 9, 2017 #1 Share Posted May 9, 2017 We are sailing next month on the Summit out of Cape Liberty. We just upgraded from a concierge class cabin to an aqua class following a recent price drop. I had read that concierge cabins could have lunch in the MDR on embarkation, but cannot find anything on aqua class guests. What are our options besides the buffet? Gonzo70 Posted May 9, 2017 #2 Share Posted May 9, 2017 Aqua Spa Cafe, Mast Grill and Sushi on 5 (the latter for a fee). Also pastries at Cafe al Bacio (no savory options there though).
miched Posted May 9, 2017 #3 Share Posted May 9, 2017 Same as most other passengers. AQ doesn't have anything special for embarkation. Happy cruising 🌊🚢🇺🇸🌞

Gonzo70 Posted May 9, 2017 #5 Share Posted May 9, 2017 Mast Grill going to a pay format...... Just on one ship for now, not on Summit; the OP is sailing next month - highly doubt it will be converted by then.
gold1953 Posted May 9, 2017 #6 Share Posted May 9, 2017 Mast Grill going to a pay format...... I thought this is just opinion due to the reno taking place on the Connie
bEwAbG Posted May 9, 2017 #7 Share Posted May 9, 2017 I thought this is just opinion due to the reno taking place on the Connie Confirmed by Celebrity and the Cruise Critic article was updated accordingly. But, as already mentioned, it's only on the Connie for now (at the end of May). The Mast Grill on the Summit isn't being renovated (yet).
ECCruise Posted May 9, 2017 #8 Share Posted May 9, 2017 Confirmed by Celebrity and the Cruise Critic article was updated accordingly. But, as already mentioned, it's only on the Connie for now (at the end of May). The Mast Grill on the Summit isn't being renovated (yet). The other ships will almost assuredly not be updated (if it works on Constellation, which I think is a stretch) until the next dry dock. Definitely not something they would want to tackle on the fly. Luminae was a different story since it was put behind walls and did not affect service. Tearing Mast Grill out, adding seating, etc. would be a major job. If they DO do that on the fly, keep me OFF that cruise.
