mairinmaureen Posted June 15, 2017 #1 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Anyone know if there are any Carnival cruises (2018/2019) docking in all 3 of the ABC's?
schittenden Posted June 15, 2017 #2 Share Posted June 15, 2017 I don't think so. I see cruises with Aruba and Bonaire and with Aruba and Curaçao, but not all three.
Raxter54 Posted June 15, 2017 #3 Share Posted June 15, 2017 Looks like most of the Southern Caribbean sailings are just 2 of the ABCs and Grand Turk. We're doing ABG next February. ... Sent from my Galaxy
CharlesKru Posted June 15, 2017 #4 Share Posted June 15, 2017 There are two cruises that will do it ( and a lot more ) Both are 14 days, Sept, 16 2018 - Galveston, TX to Port Canaveral - Carnival Breeze Nov 14 2018 - Baltimore - Baltimore Carnival Pride Both look great, not sure you want to cruise that long... ski_mom Posted June 15, 2017 #5 Share Posted June 15, 2017 I know we're on the Carnival Board, but that's why we did the Navigator of the Seas this past January. That being said, we're back with Carnival this summer. It's the whole family and our son would be very sad without the 24 hour a day ice cream! riffatsea Posted June 15, 2017 #9 Share Posted June 15, 2017 You learn new things every day. I wonder when ABC became the nickname for these islands? I have not heard that used before this thread.
bakersdozen12 Posted June 15, 2017 #10 Share Posted June 15, 2017 You learn new things every day.I wonder when ABC became the nickname for these islands? I have not heard that used before this thread. It's actually a quite common nickname, and has nothing to do with these boards. If you do a simple Google search, you will see what I mean. There's even a wiki page with that name.
AmberTeka Posted June 15, 2017 #11 Share Posted June 15, 2017  Please show me EXACTLY when either of these sailings call on Bonaire. Hint: They DON'T The Navigator of the Seas did a nine day cruise to the ABC islands in March . I know because I almost booked it. but my daughter and her family could not get off that much work. Spring Break. Princess does an 8 day one that is very reasonable. Goes to Aruba. Bonaire. Curacao For this fall. We had a casino offer that included the cruise but we could not go. Both leave from Fort Lauderdale. the Navigator of the Seas........................I don't like RCI, but I was still tempted. Go to Princess Search Engine. Easy to use. Go to Holland America Web site. HARD to use. Confusing. I always wind up calling them. Still you pick up nuggets of information. The ABC islands are paradise. Clean. SAfe. Hot but the trade winds blow so it seems not so hot. Lovely clean water. A small coral reef by Bonaire. Nice People. MY favorite destination. I like Aruba the least.
kcdancerkc Posted June 16, 2017 #12 Share Posted June 16, 2017 We are not loyal to any line, bucket list contained ABC Islands, so we went on princess in march , owned by Carnival and was awesome! Seems so long ago since March but now we know someday go back to ABC:cool:

We went on a southern cruise to Aruba 22 years ago, and they called them that then.

10Jan54 Posted June 16, 2017 #17 Share Posted June 16, 2017 we did an 11 day cruise with carnival last year and we hit the ABC's and grand Turk. Best cruise ever.
cruise_everywhere Posted June 16, 2017 #18 Share Posted June 16, 2017 This itinerary is very limited for Carnival for some reason. I wish they would offer it more - Maybe 2nd half of 2019...? Royal Caribbean has 14 cruises scheduled this year and 35 currently scheduled for the first part of 2018. Norwegian has 7-8 cruises scheduled some being re-positioning cruises Celebrity has 7 this year and 20+ next year as well.
Mary Ellen1 Posted June 16, 2017 #19 Share Posted June 16, 2017 LOVE the ABC's! I just did a quick search on a travel website that lets you search by port, and saw that Royal Caribbean regularly does 7-day cruises to the ABC's from San Juan. Princess has some 8-day cruises starting in November, out of Fort Lauderdale, as does Celebrity out of Miami. Other cruise lines too. Good luck with your research! :)
winddawn Posted June 16, 2017 #20 Share Posted June 16, 2017 Anyone know if there are any Carnival cruises (2018/2019) docking in all 3 of the ABC's? I don't see any Carnival ships doing the ABC islands in 2018/9. Here are some others that sail from Fort Lauderdale and Miami RT in 2018/9. Holland America Koningsdam and Nieuw Amsterdam and Eurodam Oceania Insignia Royal Caribbean Navigator of the Seas (9 night on January 5, 2018 for $762-best price I see) and Serenade of the Seas Celebrity Eclipse and Equinox and Silhouette and Reflection Princess Crown Princess and Royal Princess MSC Divina I've done Aruba and Curacao, but not Bonaire. I hope you find your cruise!

keywest1 Posted June 22, 2017 #22 Share Posted June 22, 2017 We did Adventure of the Seas last year out of San Juan and hit all 3. We are sailing on the Adventure of the Seas in October. 7 day out of San Juan includes the ABC's and St. Maarten. We have only sailed Carnival, but this seemed like a no brainer--all new ports, new cruiseline, and new port of departure for us, and also flying on JetBlue for the first time. We are excited:D
mairinmaureen Posted August 27, 2017 Author #23 Share Posted August 27, 2017 Thanks everyone for your help! I'll most likely book one of the Princess cruises. I haven't sailed that line yet!

K&RCurt Posted August 27, 2017 #25 Share Posted August 27, 2017 So, please keep the snarky and appalled posts, opinions and comments to a minimum. We are doing a cruise on the Victory that leaves on 2/2/18 that goes to HMC, Amber Cove, Bonaire, Aruba and Curacao also throw in several sea days. Here is the catch, it is a full ship charter, only insides and outsides plus a few suites are still available and it is a clothing optional cruise with Bare Necessities. If you ever went skinny dipping and enjoyed it, you just might love this cruise, and it goes to all 3 ABCs on Carnival. Once you stop laughing and / or being triggered consider it or not.
