loupana Posted June 19, 2017 Author #101 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Went to go to windjammer for late night snacks, I failed to pay attention that windjammer closes early. When we were on Quantum we went to windjammer for snacks for a late movie by the pool and it was opened, not sure if/when they changed these hours. So off for more late night pizza. That was it for tonight tomorrow we arrive in St. Maarten

loupana Posted June 19, 2017 Author #111 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Day 5 St. Maarten (Monday June 12, 2017) Breakfast in Windjammer The Asian rice on the Breakfast buffet was fantastic, we always sat outside at the back of the Windjammer, tables were always available and the view was great We didn’t arrive in St. Maarten until around 12PM so we just relaxed for a bit after breakfast. loupana Posted June 19, 2017 Author #116 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Last December when we were in Aruba we took a tour of the island with Trikes of Aruba. They have recently open a Tour in St. Maarten (they also just opened in Cozumel too) we had such an amazing time we wanted to do this tour in St. Maarten. It did not disappoint. Our tour didn’t start until 1:30 PM. We had the same tour guide we had in Aruba. Since they just opened this up in St. Maarten, we were the second tour and we were the only ones booked so it was a private tour.

loupana Posted June 19, 2017 Author #121 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Tonights entertainment is Name That Tune, fun game show. Then to the Music Hall for Rock the Boat House Band, they were awesome, got the end to the 60’s set Johnny Cash, then caught the whole 70’s set they played some Zeppelin, SuperTramp, T-Rex, ELO, Bowie, great house band. loupana Posted June 19, 2017 Author #123 Share Posted June 19, 2017 Late night snacks from cafe promenade, these were very good. Tonight we made a last minute decision that paid off, tomorrow we are arriving in San Juan and had nothing planned. I was searching for something todo in San Juan before we left for this cruise and found two companies that provide a Eating/Tasting Walking tours. The tour run by Spoons “Old San Juan Walk and Taste Tour” was a bit earlier than the other one “Flavors of San Juan” and that was the only reason we decided on the Spoons tour. Ship departed early in the afternoon so time was the main factor. FYI, Royal Caribbean has the Flavors tour in the cruise planner and it is almost double the price if you to just book yourself online.
