Online Check In is Offline

I am boarding the Constellation in Rome tomorrow and have been trying to check in on line. It will not work! I log in, go to check in, go to the appropriate cruise and click proceed, and it just takes me back to a page about Edge and other cruises. I have been trying for a few days. I sent email to customer services yesterday but have not heard back.

It's not a huge deal as I will just check in at the port in Rome but annoying nonetheless,

 

Any feedback, suggestions appreciated.

If I were you, I would forget about it, and resign yourself to taking care of it tomorrow at the port. It is not worth your aggravation, and most likely it will not be resolved in a timely manner. Have a fabulous cruise.

I think online check ends 2 or 3 days before departure date. I'm leaving on August 18th and my reservation says online checkin ends August 15th.

On line check in becomes unavailable 3 days prior to sailing. Many people are having problems with on line check in with the new website, but in this case it's too late for on line check in. Resign yourself to doing it at the pier and allow more time for the check in process, then enjoy your cruise.
