Missing Edocs?!?

Leaving on POA on 8/26 ~ Edocs were available long awhile back, and today, when I was about to print them out, now it says "not ready to be retrieved"

 

?!?!

 

Has this happened to anyone before? Hopefully it's just a computer glitch and will be settled when office opens in AM.

did you make any changes to your reservations like add dinning, booked a shore excursions?. sometimes the edoc can be taken offline while they get updated for these changes then they should be back online once everything is updated

thanks SHOF515, I added pre-paid gratuities today, thinking it'll save me from doing it onboard, but instead, I nearly got a heart attack wondering what happened to my EDocs less than 2wks prior to our cruise!

When we checked in for our Pearl cruise last week, no one even cared/asked about our docs! I'm not printing them next time, LOL!

Bad advice.

 

Port security ahouldnhave verified you ticket before allowing you into the secure area. It is only the first sheet (ticket).

I've never not been asked to see them at Port of Miami before enterting the terminal.

We received notice of our edocs being ready to print, we sail in about 6 weeks. I wanted to order water and some casino credit. Will that effect our edocs? I usually don't print the docs until about 2 weeks prior.

We never print them, just take an electronic copy on your phone or tablet.
