We'll be on Silhouette in March and were thinking of bringing on some soda and bottled water at our first stop just to have in the cabin. Are there any restrictions with this and will the cabin steward be OK emptying the fridge?

Yes and yes! You can also bring on board two bottles of wine to enjoy in the cabin, if you use them in the restaurant you will be charged a corkage fee ($20 I think).

Enjoy!

c - it is usually upon 'initial' embarkation and not the first stop after the initial embarkation, which I take that the OP is inquiring about.

Wine brought aboard after embarkation has mixed results in terms confiscation and return on last night of sailing. As for other beverages brought aboard after the initial embarkation maybe subject to local laws and ship policy, which you may wish to contact X for the policy, general that is, as I have not not read anything on this particular situation.

bon voyage
