Website won't let me print SetSail pass

Clear cache, clear cookies, private browsing mode, different browser.

This was given to me a few months ago as a solution by some of the fine folks on cruise critic when I posted my frustrations with Royal's website.

 

Go incognito.

 

Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N

Microsoft Explorer or Edge browser: Ctrl + Shift + P

Firefox browser: ?

 

Have been browsing incognito at Royal's website ever since it was offered as a workaround in answer to my original post and have yet to have any kind of issues with the website since I've started using it

 

No cache or cookie problems when you use it. Takes you where you actually want to go. What a novelty.

Same thing happened to us. We had to use the firefox browser because it didn't work on internet explorer or chrome.

Did not work for me last month and had to use Internet Explorer and it worked fine.

I too have been using private/incognito windows exclusively.

 

Turns out RCI is not the only website that requires this.

This is all due to browser cache as those modes do not save any website data after the browser is closed. Clearing all cache without being in those modes does the same thing. For some clearing their cache isn't possible, especially if they are using a work computer that doesn't allow them to clear their cache. But, you shouldn't be viewing cruise info on your work computer right? ;):D:p:cool:

I started doing the online checking in Chrome then had problems

I called in , they said to use Explore and it worked

Thank's for the reply's, I called RCCL and they suggested that I try a different browser other than IE so I tried Chrome and it worked fine.

Anybody know why it won't give me an option to print a Set Sail pass for the grand-daughters (5&3)? I can print mine and their parents, but not the two girls. They are in their own room and have their own RSVP number.

I had this problem earlier this year. Looked around and discovered that after I fully paid for cruise RCCL had charged my account for prepaid gratuities because I had Mytime Dining. In talking to customer service they said this was a bug that happened sometimes because they used to mandate prepaid gratuities with Mytime. Since I was going to use onboard credits from my RCCL credit card for gratutities of course didn't want this. Customer service cleared the gratuity charge, amount due went to zero and I could print Setsail passes
