Is the Wipe Out Café open on Embarkation Day? If so, do they have anything other than hamburgers & hot dogs?

Yes it is open on embarkation day.

 

Nachos, fries, pizza and possibly a few other things.

They offer a few types of coldcut sandwiches and pizza with hot dogs and burgers. Not a huge selection other than that

It's also a good place for an omelette for breakfast, a mini-secret spot that USUALLY isn't crowded. (my experience on Allure and Oasis)
