Who can go to Concierges Club, is it only for pax in Concierges cabins? Maybe D and D+ are allowed?

For the Concierge Lounge, D+ on all ships. On ships where the lounge has been changed to a Suite Lounge, then D+ is not there.

 

Only some of the ships have made the conversion from the CL to the SL.

Depending On the numbers, I have seen the concierge lounge limited to suites and pinnacles. On those cruises diamond and diamond plus have been limited to the diamond lounge.

This is true unless you are on a cruise with an inordinate number of D pluses Then we D+ folks are often given a larger lounge for Diamonds and Diamond pluses and are not allowed in the "Suite Lounge".
