Quick question

Just boarded Allure- we muster in about or so. Our room is not made up as we need it to be (neither the “bunk” bed not couch are made we have 4 in our cabin. Does that happen sometime later or do we need to notify someone?

Mention it to your steward if you see them. But it would usually be done while you're at dinner.

Your cabin attendant will most likely stop to see you either before or after muster to check on any special requests. Just let him or her know then. Enjoy Allure!

Leave a note, as stated...you don't need to hang around to talk personally to them!

Those are "bedtime issues". Your cabin steward will do it at evening turndown service while you are at dinner.

The stewards are supppose to set up the extra beds at nightly turndown. And clear it up during morning cleaning unless you direct them otherwise.
