cruiserdudebobby8 Posted November 6, 2017 #1 Share Posted November 6, 2017 How's the temperature in Bermuda in December? Looking at the 4 night anthem cruise December 2018 Sent from my SM-G955U using Forums mobile app
DonnaK Posted November 6, 2017 #2 Share Posted November 6, 2017 I'm booked on that cruise. I don't expect the weather to be warm enough for swimming, but I am expecting it to be pleasant for sightseeing, in the high 60's, and not so humid. Kind of spring-like. njkruzer Posted November 6, 2017 #3 Share Posted November 6, 2017 Probably cool. We were there over Thanksgiving once. Had rain one day and do remember sitting at the pool once, but otherwise pleasant. Is there really a 4 nt in December? Thought that those ended in October. gerif Posted November 6, 2017 #4 Share Posted November 6, 2017 I've been there in early November. Cool and windy - you could have the entire pool deck to yourself. Definitely not beach weather.
cb at sea Posted November 7, 2017 #5 Share Posted November 7, 2017 Bermuda is off the coast of NC/SC....it's in the Atlantic, and has cooler weather in the winter/fall/spring months. The Bahamas aren't in the Caribbean, either. The cruise lines do a disservice to those who don't understand where places are...they group Bermuda and the Bahamas in with "Caribbean" cruises....but they are NOT warm weather places...except in the late spring or summer. MonaCK Posted November 7, 2017 #6 Share Posted November 7, 2017 Interesting. It looks like Royal is essentially trying to do a cruise to nowhere... with an obligatory stop to make the cruise a legal cruise for just a few hours in Bermuda.

Yes, and port fees for Bermuda are high. Temps can be in the 40's to the 60's. Anthem is made for cooler temps and has two indoor pools.
njkruzer Posted November 7, 2017 #8 Share Posted November 7, 2017 I was wondering why and a cruise to no where works since they must stop at port since the old cruises to no where are no longer legal (actually never were but rule was not enforced). Still can't figure out why.
