Chic nights ??

I assume the first Chic night will be the first sea day on a 9 night cruise and the MDR menu will include beef tournados (steak). What is likely to be the second Chic night and what is traditionally on the menu, please? We are on Sillhoutte 9 nights, Dec. 8. Is lobster ever on the menu?

2nd Chic night should be the next to the last day and they usually have lobster tails on that menu but it is not cold water lobster.

Lobster night also has Beef Wellington but because of the early prep for so many it is rare not to find the pastry very soggy

The Beef Wellington was to die for last Christmas when I had it! Have been so looking forward to my upcoming cruise and Beef Wellington again. Don't tell me it may be soggy!
