Celebrity doesnt have a specific room for Captain's Club members. Breakfast is held in Tuscan, cocktails in the sky lounge.

Can anyone tell me where the Captains Club Cocktail Lounge is on reflection?

 

When you arrive in your cabin, you will receive a letter telling you times and locations of the Cocktail party and breakfast. As others have said, Celebrity does not have a dedicated lounge for Captains Club.
