Correct. We tried to get a mimosa in the PG once and it took forever. They were not prepared for the request.

Every time you order cabin service breakfast, you will get Mimosas.

It would be nice to get them once in a while in the Pinnacle Grill.

I was in a Neptune Suite on the NA over Thanksgiving and ordered multiple Breakfast room services and Mimosa's were not included. Maybe after the first time you requested a Mimosa, they were automatically added to all future Room Service Breakfast orders.

You are not alone ;). We had the same experience on the Rotterdam. They did not come automatically. There was a spot to mark if we wanted them. We opted not to.

I've had them often in the PG for breakfast. Some days are faster than others, but we never fail to receive them.

 

Memory fails if my card is never taken, or I am just remembering the times that the Pinnacle team told me that it was complementary. It may well be the latter! ;)

We had them with our breakfast room service on the Zuiderdam earlier this month. We had a Neptune suite. There is a checkbox on the breakfast card and you just write however many you want.

During our Neptune breakfasts in the PG, a nearby table of 4 had multiple servings of mimosas several mornings. I never observed a card being used.
