I have sailed with many different concierges and will be sailing with Patrick for the first time in April. Can I get an opinion, please?

My wife and I have had Patrick two times. He his very friendly and helpfull.

We had Patrick on the Gwm. Great guy.

Saw him a couple weeks ago on the Breakaway during a visit. He took time to show our freinds the haven before he went to the pier.

You will be happy with his service.

I, too, just got off NCL Escape today. I believe Deepak Punia is Hotel Director; Zafer Dal Food and Beverage Director. Thats all I can remember..sorry.

 

 

 

Deepak is great!. Does a tremendous job. Took over after Jovo Sevulovic, who is now HD on Bliss. Those two are the best of the best!

I believe Omar is heading for vacation then the Epic.

Bruno is headed for the Pearl

Adrian is opening the Bliss.

Epic at least the CD is a terrific person - the rest of the team are new to NCL

 

The Captain, Idar Hoydal, has been with NCL for years and gets the Gold Star for rescuing the idiotic intoxicated woman who tried to take a selfie on a railing on the 16th deck with the ship going 22 knots in Bahamian waters in a record 32 minutes !
