I have cruised three times with CD Pedro Serra, and through many trivia sessions enjoyed him very much, as well as his lovely wife who was part of his staff at one time.

 

He is not like the wacky CDs. Rather, I find him to be very classy and professional. He has always been incredibly warm and kind to my family.

Hi Guys! :)

Just got off the Norwegian Spirit on 10-night Western Mediterranean. The wall which showed the officers was missing a few names on there so my list isn't totally complete. Here are just a few of the senior officers.

Restaurant Manager: Chandra Muttam

Assistant Cruise Director's name was Jake and he is from the UK. Food and Beverage Director is from Turkey and unsure of his name, but regularly strolled around the deck more than other senior officers.

We were on the Dawn June 15. Bowen was the Concierge.....is absolutely fantastic. Always visible, checked in with you during day, helped with whatever you asked of him. Really took the time to know the suite passengers. You won’t be disappointed.
