smurf1635 Posted January 26, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 26, 2018 Good morning, I'm hoping someone can provide me with a schedule for fitness classes. I'm specifically looking for stretching and abs classes on the Regal. TIA, Robin Sent from my SM-G930V using Forums mobile app

Potstech Posted January 26, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 26, 2018 The times will vary depending on other things happening on the ship. Usually sometime in the mornings. Be aware there is most likely gong to be sn additional fee in order to take them.

anthonyy7 Posted January 26, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 26, 2018 There will be a schedule and sign up sheet of all classes at the fitness center entrance. There are some free stretch classes but the cost of cycling, TRX, etc... is usually $12 + gratuity. Sent from my iPad using Forums
pink845 Posted January 27, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 27, 2018 Yep, there is Zumba. But all other classes there is a charge if I recall. Zumba I recall, they did it out by the main pool and sometimes in the basketball court. (wow was that hot - I will call it hot Zumba!!) I will miss my Yoga. But there is a lap pool usually on most ships so you can still get in some personal fitness without paying. And of course, the gym.
Bossman001 Posted January 27, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 27, 2018 Zumba should be free, or at least it has been on all other Princess cruises. We usually have the class in one of the clubs with a dance floor around mid-morning, AND it usually is packed!
Thrak Posted January 27, 2018 #9 Share Posted January 27, 2018 On our 28 day Emerald cruise last October there were a number of typos in both the Patter and the Princess@Sea listings where the classes were listed as "Fatness" classes. It was funny and a lot of people noticed. The CD asked several times to make sure they fixed this issue but it kept on coming up. Oddly enough the "Fatness" classes weren't held in the buffet.
