norway olin Posted January 30, 2018 #1 Share Posted January 30, 2018 My son and his family will be in the Haven while my wife and I are in a minisuite. I would like all the accounts to be on my credit card, but of course we will not be checking in together. I assume the only way to make this happen is to join the crowds in line at guest services to sort it out. Anyone have experience with this? Rare PTC DAWG Posted January 30, 2018 #2 Share Posted January 30, 2018 I don't see any other way around it. Other than to get him a card with his name on it through your CC company...as in add a user to your account. You might not want to go there. :)
Two Wheels Only Posted January 30, 2018 #3 Share Posted January 30, 2018 ...but of course we will not be checking in together. If NCL approves it PRIOR to embarkation day, both families can check-in together in the suite check-in area. Call NCL and ask. It might get approved (I've done it). LrgPizza Posted January 30, 2018 #4 Share Posted January 30, 2018 Just change it at guest services a day or 2 into the cruise. No problem.

You can wait until late that evening or the next morning when the lines are minimal and make the swap.
Paul Bogle Posted January 31, 2018 #6 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Gee I wish someone had posted that earlier! I like the cut of your jib.
Rare Port Power Posted January 31, 2018 #7 Share Posted January 31, 2018 We just did the same this month on Jewel. At check in I put up my credit card for both cabins. It's that easy. And as you are a family travelling together, your son should be able to take you to the Haven check in area for that purpose.

Two Wheels Only Posted January 31, 2018 #10 Share Posted January 31, 2018 Are you saying I can just mosey into the Haven check-in area with him? I would be surprised No, it must first be APPROVED by NCL prior to your arrival to the port. If not approved, go to your normal check-in area. WhenIsOurNextCruise Posted January 31, 2018 #11 Share Posted January 31, 2018 No, it must first be APPROVED by NCL prior to your arrival to the port. If not approved, go to your normal check-in area. I believe it can be changed by the concierge in the Haven. Have him tell the concierge that is what you want to do and you can go up and make the switch to your card.
