gozagswoohoo Posted February 6, 2018 #1 Share Posted February 6, 2018 My wife and I will be on Carnival Triumph in a few weeks, and we're big coffee drinkers. I'd love to be able to make coffee in my own room and just sit on our balcony enjoying the view...
dsotm73 Posted February 6, 2018 #2 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Nope. But you can get coffee from room service, Lido, or the coffee bar. Sent from my iPhone using Forums
Schoifmom Posted February 6, 2018 #3 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Just order from room service. Voila, quick (normally) coffee right to your door.

Before you go to bed, fill out a room service request for a carafe of coffee, and make sure you indicate how many packets of sugar or sweetener you'd like, as well as creamer. We also order some croissants to have with our morning coffee. Be sure to tip your room service delivery person a couple of dollars.
asalligo Posted February 6, 2018 #5 Share Posted February 6, 2018 I feel your pain, I also would like a coffee maker in room. I do order from room service, but they are always too early or too late and lately do not appear to be able to tell what time I have indicated on the form. I am afraid that is your only option though. Order from room service or get dressed and get it yourself.
livelovelaugh84 Posted February 6, 2018 #6 Share Posted February 6, 2018 Or take my best friend with you - he gets up every morning to bring me a coffee to bed! Yep, he’s a great cruising buddy!!! x Sent from my iPhone using Forums
crzndeb Posted February 6, 2018 #7 Share Posted February 6, 2018 You can bring a French press and order hot water from room service in the morning. You could bring your coffee of choice
pascalburns Posted February 6, 2018 #8 Share Posted February 6, 2018 no coffee makers allowed.
Shaded Lady Posted February 6, 2018 #9 Share Posted February 6, 2018 no coffee makers allowed. Yet. John Heald keeps referencing them, asking about them, and other cruiselines do have them. It would be nice if they started offering them in cabins.
SadieN Posted February 6, 2018 #10 Share Posted February 6, 2018 You can bring a French press and order hot water from room service in the morning. You could bring your coffee of choice A pour over with paper filters is a lot easier to clean than a french press. Have even seen pod style nonelectric machines and even nonelectric espresso machines. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

It comes in insulated carafes so it stays warm for quite awhile. You can order ahead with the door hanger or call on the cabin phone
millshe Posted February 13, 2018 #12 Share Posted February 13, 2018 When you order coffee from room service does it taste better than what's on Lido? (Horrendous!)
Keys2Heaven Posted February 13, 2018 #13 Share Posted February 13, 2018 When you order coffee from room service does it taste better than what's on Lido? (Horrendous!) Soooo, I've heard that RS coffee is better from other posts here. I've had both and can't say I've ever really tasted a difference.
