Pre-Cruise Concierge for Haven- how likely am I to be successful in these requests?

What time does coffee service begin in the Haven restaurant area? There is an espresso machine in our room, but I dont want to wake up my family making coffee.....

 

Gotta have that coffee fix - really - the espresso coffee machine does not make any noise unless your

pillow is sitting on top of the machine. Quiet as a church house mouse. If making multiple cups the discharge

of the spent coffee pod hitting the bottom of the reservoir is about the only noise if you don't bang the coffee

cups around.

Really for the best coffee have the Butler bring the French press coffee (quietly without knocking on the door)

and set it up on somewhere in the cabin. You need more than one pot just tell him. You want coffee from the

galley in a small pot that can be done - simply work out an arrangement with the Butler.

The Nespresso machine in our Haven suite was quite noisy. It wasn’t a problem, except if you were trying to not like up a small child. I like the machine though

Had the "elusive wedge pillow" in our first Haven cabin. Have requested it ever since, but it never appears--maybe they went on strike? Most of the other items we have asked of the pre-cruise concierge have worked out fine. What wasn't met by them was easily fulfilled by our steward or butler: with the exception of the wedge.

Waiting on the letter for our upcoming cruise. Little too far out, but should be coming soon (we sail in May---yay!)
