You can bring as much soda as you like. Liquor for the cabin can be ordered in advance. Check out the beverage offerings on the Princess site. Note that the bottles are all 375 ml and cost about the same as a 750 ml bottle in the US. There is a limited selection.

Sorry I am new to Princess and I just spent the last few hours tying to find these answers and I was unsuccessful. We have sailed on other lines before and I just wanted clarification.

Don't forget that you can bring on as many bottles of wine/sparkling as you like (Carry on). However 1 per adult is exempt of the corkage fee. More than one per adult and you pay the corkage up front. When you go through security they tell you to go to the wine table, they ask for your cabin number, the number of bottles you have and they write it in a book. Then they give you stickers to put on the bottles for the corkage you paid for.
