Banana15 Posted March 15, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 15, 2018 I know this is a silly question, but I can't remember. Do the cabins provide soap? Specifically BAR soap? I am just trying to figure out if it's something I should pack. *If it makes a difference, we are in a Veranda stateroom*
Rare cruisestitch Posted March 15, 2018 #2 Share Posted March 15, 2018 All staterooms have bar soap. Concierge and above also have shower gel.

JEDIKNIGHT Posted March 18, 2018 #5 Share Posted March 18, 2018 Why would you need soap on a cruise?
Covepointcruiser Posted March 18, 2018 #6 Share Posted March 18, 2018 We always bring a bar of our favorite shower soap with us. My husband does not like shower gel and deteststhe tiny bar soap. It’s not much added weight and it makes your suitcase smell great.

Banana15 Posted March 18, 2018 Author #8 Share Posted March 18, 2018 We always bring a bar of our favorite shower soap with us. My husband does not like shower gel and deteststhe tiny bar soap. It’s not much added weight and it makes your suitcase smell great. That's exactly why I asked. I don't like shower gel either and I can tolerate the small bars, but I do like my own. GUT2407 Posted March 18, 2018 #9 Share Posted March 18, 2018 My opinion is, if there’s s9mething that will make a real difference to your cruise enjoyment take your own I often take my own pillow (I’ve got a crook neck) Mrs Gut takes her own tea and shampoo (my hair actually thrives on Princess shampoo, but hates Celebrity version so depends who I’m sailing with if I take my own or use theirs) On longer cruises we take our own laundry detergent (sensitive skin).
