Pre cruise visit to Los Angles

Flying to L.A. 2 days early . Staying at Crown Plaza hotel at LAX. Any info on this hotel. Also we plan to use hop on hop off bus. Anyone ever done this trip.

There are far better hotels at LAX. Check Trip Advisor reviews.

LA is not the best for tourist logistics. The County is VERY spread out with attractions in distant locations.

Don't know about the HOHO busses.

There are some excellent museums (e.g., Getty). And you might want to do something like the iconic Santa Monica pier. Though it's in Anaheim, you may want to spend one of those days at the real Disneyland or its unique California Adventure.
