Rare nikkiw60 Posted March 18, 2018 #1 Share Posted March 18, 2018 I am probably being dumb but I am unable to see on the website how to cancel a cruise I have booked with Carnival? I booked this on a whim and don’t think it’s for us after all. Sent from my iPhone using Forums

bakersdozen12 Posted March 18, 2018 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2018 It's not on the website. You have to call. You can cancel a booking via the website. Log into My Cruise Manager. Under the billing/fare info there’s a link that says “Is there a penalty for canceling this booking?” Click on that, then you will see a link that says “Please cancel my booking.” Click on that link and your booking is cancelled.
