Best place to obatin the octopus Card is the MRT Stand in terminal 1 at Hong Kong Airport.

 

You need to ask for the Octopus Loan Elder Card, you do not need to show any proof of age (i.e. passport), you can top the card up at MRT station or certain shops i.e. SevenEleven.

 

You can either keep the card as a souvenier or cash it in at the stand mentioned above.
