I know your not allowed to wear shorts in the main dining room for dinner but can you wear capris?

Yes. The dress code is not enforced so you can pretty much wear whatever you want.

Capris on women have always been ok....it's mainly "menswear "that is sometimes in question.

Why would this make your table mates uncomfortable....once their seated no reason to look under the table...I assume.
