Where Do I Find Our Tickets and Tags?

 Share

Recommended Posts

First timer on Norwegian. Everything I’ve come across says our edocs will be accessible starting 60 days out and that they can be printed 30 days out. We disembark on 7/9/2018 which is 59 days. But I don’t see anything online that looks like tickets.

I realize that we’ve got lots of time left. But I’m just one of those folks who plan every minute detail and need confirmation things are where they should be...lol.

Mostly, just want reassurance that I’m not missing something 🤷*♀️

Thanks!

Wait a couple of days. They will show up.

BTW, they are e-docs, and an electronic copy is all that you need, but if you want to waste paper actually printing them go ahead.

Thanks for the step-by-step instructions and screenshot! That’s very helpful! I’ve been pulling up their site on my iPhone and my screen looks nothing like that.

So, I grabbed my Kindle Fire and now I see that I’m definitely in the proper place. But no edocs yet 🤷*♀️. I trust they’ll show up soon.

Unless you just booked this cruise OR you have not made final payment OR you have not completed online checkin, your edocs should be available. Call NCL for help.

We are 100% checked in. Final payment was made months ago.

Guess I’ll have to call them. ☹️

I think the only way is to log in on a laptop or a PC or whatever the Apple versions are. The mobile version is a bit temperamental.

Ditto to what Satchmo said. Heck I just bookmarked this C.C. page so I'm not scrambling in 90 days (Bliss 8/18 to Alaska);).

Now if someone can remind me how to put my "sail clock" into effect!:o

My cruise leaves on Sunday and I also had a difficult time finding my luggage tags. If my memory is correct (and if I’m not confusing with another cruise line), I remember in the past that they were located clearly on the last pages of my edocs. After some google searching and thorough reading of my edocs, I realized that you have to click on a link within your edocs to access the luggage tags. It is under the “at the pier” section and there is a link that says “print your luggage tags here”. It was located between a ton of print so easy to miss if you’re not looking carefully.

  • 2 weeks later...

So, I ended up calling NCL since my edocs never appeared. The young man I spoke with told me I’d definitely have them by the 45-day mark. It’s now 43 days. I’m currently out of the country but decided to do a quick check.

So disappointed that I still have no edocs. Just the same message that I’ll be notified once my edocs are ready. [emoji853]

And it’ll be several days before I can call them. Can’t afford to sit on hold for over an hour like I did one day when I called them to straighten out an error that was made on an excursion reservation. Starting to look like my first NCL Cruise May end up being my last. [emoji30]

Did you go to vacation summary and make sure your check in progress was 100%?

Yes! And they confirmed everything was in order. Then he told me to check at 45 days and my edocs would be there.

We have a “penthouse suite”. But I don’t know why that would make any difference.

I notice you have tried looking using an iPhone and a Kindle Fire. If you get the opportunity try to use a PC or laptop and use Internet Explorer or Chrome as your browser.

Hope this helps

Unfortunately, I’m 100% positive I’m in the right place. It even says that I’ll be notified when the edocs are ready. Ugh!

Mine said that too but they were immediately there. I agree you need to try a computer (though an iPad was fine)

I actually did fire up the laptop. Tried it last night, too. Still no edocs.

I’ll just have to wait until I’m back home later this week so I can call NCL. This is my first cruise with NCL and I’ve definitely not gotten a great first impression...lol. But I’m trying to stay positive. This process just really should be a breeze and I’m frustrated and have lost confidence in them.

But I appreciate everyone trying to assist me. [emoji4]

I'm so glad you said luggage tags ... I had no idea what that was. I don't use them, so was not familiar. And I certainly didn't know what 'litigate' tags were. LOL : ? )

Thanks for the heads up on the tags. If I EVER get the edocs, at least I’ll be able to find the tags!

I can't say I've heard of this problem before. I'm not sure where the problem is but I would call NCL and I'm sure they will send you documentation and luggage labels. I'm pretty sure they did for us.

Our first cruise was booked through a UK travel agent who then used a specialist cruise travel agent, we had no idea of edocs or special luggage labels until they arrived in the post via our travel agent.

If you booked through a travel agent it would be advisable to contact them.

I'm sure it will get sorted.

I had done this before ... the 'sail clock'. And now, I can't find it anywhere. I swear CC must have gotten rid of it???
