Sabor was on Freedom, for what little that is worth.

I’ve had lunch at Sabor on sea days on Liberty. I believe Giovanni’s only serves lunch for Suite guests on sea days.

On the May 27 cruise Sabor, Giovanni's, and Chops were all open for lunch on sea days.

GT and Sabor have been open for lunch on various sea days on Liberty all the times I've cruised on her out of Galveston. And that's a lot. Not all 3 restaurants open at the same time I don't believe, however.
