I would also like to know the "wines by the glass" included in the YC Deluxe package. Is there an up to dollar amount per glass for ordering off the menu like on RC and X?

Also, can you bring a drink from the YC lounge to your stateroom? I understand they'll deliver, but we wouldn't mind getting our own.

Thanks.

No problem bringing drinks from TSL to your cabin; depending on the butlers on duty in the lounge, they may even insist on carrying said drinks to your cabin for you on a tray!

Oh wow. That's crazy nice of them. Not used to having butlers present in the lounge. On X, they're only there during afternoon tea.

It sounds like they really pamper you in the YC.

... and then some! But, like I said, it depends on who's on. There was a wonderful butler in TSL on Splendida last April who wouldn't let me lift a finger. Every time he saw me ordering at the bar, he was straight over to take my order. If I wanted a lunch packed for the next day for excursions, I could leave the order with him and he would ensure that our cabin butler would have it ready for me very early next morning.

We did butchers cut each week for free as our complimentary black card meal.

Thanks Frank! I'm not sure what the "Black Card" is, but maybe I can find that somewhere.

We are both NCL Platinum, so maybe the Black Card is a status thing,

Thanks for the wine lists! Efforts appreciated.

Have a great rest of the trip.

There are a few butlers here on seaside that are great. If I order drink at bar, they insist to bring drinks to my table, upstairs to restaurant, to pool or back to cabin. In the morning after getting some pastries, I have had them insist on brining the items back to cabin. This is usually when they do not have a lot of guests to deal with. The service is over the top. I feel guilty that they are walking 10 steps to my table when I am able to.

Last week I saw a butler escorting yc guest to the theatre. Butler brought him inside theater and asked where he wanted to sit. There was no reserved seating for yc guests though.

Yes black card is a tier in the voyagers club. So make sure you match, as I believe NCL platinum matches to black status. Then you qualify for a one free black card dinner from specialty restaurants except the teppanyaki on seaside.

I can confirm my platinum NCL matched to black MSC.

This seems to be a rip off , many of these are free in celebrity suite lounge and included in rccl drink package, what kind of wine is served with lunch and dinner

make sure you do the status match...there are a few other perks that make it worth while...even if you are in YC.

You're not paying Celebrity suite prices for YC! Having experienced an X Sky Suite, I'd take a YC experience any day!

Technically it is not allowed so haven't tried on embarkation. Also in yc si didn't need to bring any wine on board.

I did buy some rum from San Juan to bring back home. Got right on and did not have to turn it in. Went back to my room and put it in luggage. I guess if you didn't have drink package, you could buy liquor and bring it on at first port.

Are you allowed to bring wine on board?

Do you happen to have the wine list for included wines in YC? Apologies if this has already been posted elsewhere in the thread.

also am very interested in this , if we do not like the wine it will cost us at least another 500 for the cruise

October 2019 is the stated date, but as it has been pushed back twice already another delay is possible. I have a cruise on the Divina in November this year and will then wait for it's official opening before booking again. That is unless a good deal comes along. Bob
