Oasis - Central Park View/comp lunch location question

Hello all...

 

I accepted a reduced rate upgrade offer the other day and in speaking with the RCCL agent, they unexpectedly also included the amenity package including the free lunch at one of the for-fee restaurants. My question is for Oasis, is it Giovanni's? Or are there other possible locations?

 

Reason I ask is I swore he said Jamie's Italian which I know isn't on the Oasis, and I assume he just misspoke. Just wondering what menus I should be looking at or if anyone had any suggestions on the best approach/menu suggestions.

It's always Giovanni's as far as I know! Also, you get a complimentary bottle of red wine in your stateroom as part of it too! :)

For the lunch with the CP balcony on Oasis you will have your choice of Giovannis, Sabor or Johnny Rockets.

 

For Giovannis it is a reduced menu that you select from.

We have had Central Park Cabins a few times.

 

I am pretty sure you can go to any restaurant for lunch, except Chops or Izumi.

I haven't sailed on Oasis, but did on Allure and the lunch in Giovanni's was soooooo good. I didn't have breakfast that day and still couldn't eat all my lunch.

 

They had some good cream of mushroom soup and I ordered a "small" portion of fettuccine with Bolognese sauce along with a meatball. I ate about half the pasta and had no room left. I cancelled the meatball.

 

My son had the pasta and the meatball was huge! I'm glad I cancelled it as there would have been no way I could have eaten it. We had lunch at noon and had reservations for Samba at 8 and I could hardly even eat dinner as I was still full from lunch.

 

This was definitely my favorite lunch on the ship and also having had dinner there twice, they were also some of my favorite dinner locations.
