piper Posted August 13, 2018 #1 Share Posted August 13, 2018 We are sailing on Adventure next month in a Jr. Suite. Is there a Suite Lounge? Is it the same as a Concierge Lounge? We are also sailing for the first time as Diamond. We know about the 3 drink event there. It is our understanding we will have access to both lounges - are they open all day for things like juice, lattes, etc? Are those things complimentary? Thanks
SbbquilterUT Posted August 13, 2018 #2 Share Posted August 13, 2018 Unfortunately a JS does not qualify for the Concierge or Suite Lounge, but you will have access to the Diamond Lounge for continental breakfast and evening cocktail time. You can also access the lounge during the day if you are looking for a quiet retreat.
Rare xpcdoojk Posted August 13, 2018 #3 Share Posted August 13, 2018 I haven’t sailed Adventure since before there were lounges, but as a Diamond you can access the Diamond lounge. Suite Lounges are only available to pinnacles or those in a full suite (not jr suite). Concierge Lounges are available to full suites and Diamond Plus and Pinnacle. There is only one of either a Concierge Lounge or Suite Lounge on any ships with dedicated lounges. So, I think you can only access the Diamond Lounge. Although, I am no lounge expert. But in addition to the Diamond lounge you can also visit any bar and get 3 drinks each. JC

And for the OP, you can drink as much alcohol you want while in the diamond lounge. The 3 drinks only applies outside the lounge at regular bars. Does anyone know which ships are currently including those 3 drinks in the main dining room? JC
Biker19 Posted August 13, 2018 #5 Share Posted August 13, 2018 Is there a Suite Lounge? Is it the same as a Concierge Lounge? Yes. Close, D+ can get into a CL but not an SL.
centurycruiser Posted August 14, 2018 #6 Share Posted August 14, 2018 The 3 drink limit is only at the ship's bars. The lounges are "unlimited" during happy hours.

The 3 drinks can also be used in the Theater. So if you go to the show during Happy Hour in the Diamond Lounge, you can get a free drink.

Thanks Junior Suites do NOT qualify to use either the Concierge Lounge or the Suite Lounge, as Diamonds, you have access to the Diamond Lounge. that is accessible 24/7 but only continental breakfast and cocktail hour has anything besides the fancy coffee machine( which may or may not work) breakfast is typically pastries, fruit, lox, cheese, maybe some granola/meusli and a toaster with bagels, and bread. Orange juice in a pitcher. once that gets cleared out, bet you can hope for now is a couple of plates of cookies mid day and some pitchers of ice water. once in a blue moon I see lemonade or iced tea, usually quite watered down. cocktail hour is hot and cold nibbles, and limited bar service. basic mixed drinks only, nothing frozen or requiring more than a few ingredients. marci22 Posted August 14, 2018 #9 Share Posted August 14, 2018 On AD, there is a also a bar in the WJ where you can use your drink vouchers. Very convenient if you're having dinner there (and it was never very busy).
