Rice Cookers -- Not Allowed

Is a rice cooker too small to use as a foot stool on your balcony?  Maybe that was the intended use.  People are getting creative!

Hope that this is a joke.  Why would anyone bring a rice cooker on board when there is an abundance of food available?

From what I've seen a few boxes of lawn fertiliser might be more use. :)
