If you book a dinner show and/or excursion online before your cruise, can you cancel? If so, when's the latest you can? Thank you

Not sure about the dinner, but I believe on the NCL website it said something like 48 hrs notice to cancel an excursion.

dinner is 24 hours I believe and the excursions 48 hours.

Dinners is 24 hours.

 

Most shore excursions, it is 48 hour before you arrive in that port. However, there are some limited availability tours (like Alaskan flighttours involving helicopters and floatplanes) where you have to cancel 72 or more hours before your cruise departs its embarkation port.

When canceling a tour that was booked prior to sailing does the credit go back to the original credit card or ship board account?? we are unsure about at tour, will have plenty of time to cancel onboard..

You can cancel dinner up until the day you are scheduled to dine. Excursions are supposed to be canceled 24 hours before the excursion departs.

If you cancel before you are on the ship, it goes back to your credit card. If you cancel once on the ship, it goes to your on board account as a credit.
