Premium Drink package use with Room Service and Specialty Restaurants...

I know the mini bar is not included in your Beverage package but if you have the Premium package are all cocktails and wines by the glass included if you order room service for breakfast (they show Champagne Mimosa, Bloody Mary and even Fresh Squeezed OJ as extra cost) and all the specialty cocktails or wines offered at all the specialty restaurants? ( I understand if they go over $15 you pay the difference) They show some Wines by the glass in Qsine, Cocktails and Special Beers at Sushi on Five, after dinner Liquors, Specialty coffee and dessert Wines at Tuscan Grill and I wonder if they are all included?

Your beverage package can be used if you are dining in person at the specialty dining venues; however, I’m pretty certain the answer to room service is a “no”.
