Can I exchange it for all beer?

All the alcohol bottles can be exchanged for beer but not the pop or water.

You can exchange the 8x50ml bottles of spirits for 8 bottles of beer. You can not exchange the non-alcoholic beverages for beer. You will receive 2 bottles of beer as part of the mini bar.

Not new, from the Princess FAQ's

I’m an Elite member, is there a way to customize my mini-bar?

Yes, you can make changes onboard by dialing room service. Mini bottles of liquor can be exchanged; liquor can also be exchanged for beer. You can also exchange the entire setup for: a bottle of wine, coffee cards, sodas only or waters only.

 

I have been exchanging mini bars for years and was never able to exchange non-alcoholic for alcoholic beverages.

No change. the 8 mini bottles can be traded for beer bottles. The various non-alcoholic beverages cannot be exchanged for beer or mini-bottles.

I have been exchanging mini bars for years and was never able to exchange non-alcoholic for alcoholic beverages.

 There used to be a minibar preferences selection on the cruise personalizer, but it never resulted in actually getting those drinks  onboard.  We've had to phone room services every time...

Yes...some others that have been available are Stella Artois, Becks & Heineken but there’s no way to predict other options beyond Dos Equis.
