Elite Status Transferrable to any Carnival Fleet Ship Line?

Sorry no, there is no reciprocity of loyalty status between the different lines owned by the same parent company that owns Princess (Carnival Corporation). And don't expect any in the future: before acquisition by their current parent Princess, P&O Europe, and (now-defunct) Sitmar all counted towards each other's statuses. But supposedly due to anti-trust laws the schemes had to be severed when Carnival Corporation changed its plans from simply acquiring Princess from P&O to purchasing both cruise lines and operating them separately. (Acknowledgement of prior combined cruises did continue until very recently).

Yes I know there is status reciprocity between the different lines owned by Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCI, X, Azamara et al). How they are able to do so I've not a clue.
