Thank you for that - much better than asking your butler - have the butler or concierge escort you to the front of the line.

Sometimes this is very interesting short cuts thru crew areas to by pass the lines.

The Latitude Office normally has a note in their window telling you (provided you are at the right level) what to do.  All it means is that you turn up and join the queue when you are ready; you don't have to line up to get a ticket, just show your room card which shows your Latitudes level.  You join the back of the queue, using the Platinum level as such doesn't get you to the front of it.
