Getting Help from Princess main office

I have read many comments about calling Princess to ask about various topics. From reading those comments I felt that the consensus was; If you did not like the answer you got to try again for a different person or ask for a supervisor. I will admit that I have had some of the same experiences. I feel that I need to share a different way to get answers and how satisfied I was with the result. I am booked on back to back cruises in March that I booked under a casino promotion which offered airfare reduction/ cruise fare reduction and casino play cash. The airfare reduction and cruise fare reduction were honored but there is no mention of "Casino Cash". Since I have had problems with Casino Cash in the past I thought it best to get this in the record before sailing. Sometimes the Casino can straighten it out once I get on board but sometime they can't.  I went to the particular cruise booking and brought it up. At the bottom there is a place that lists "chat"-WEb feedback - and another topic. I hit chat and within a minute I had a person to chat with. I went through previous trials and tribulations and she told me to hold on--She would check.  She got back to me and told me she had found that I was going to get an amount larger than I expected 🙂 and then told me where to find it in my records. As they say, it was hidden in plain sight!!  After many frustrating calls, where I got different answers and was put on hold for long periods, I think I found an answer to get around that and thought I would share

If you go into cruise personalizer and then find travel summary it starts with what one would expect, folks traveling; summary this booking/flights/itinerary/taxes fees/[re-reservations/ and then the last part which does not show anywhere else "SPECIAL SERVICES FOR THIS BOOKING"..   It is there that I found things like Cruise night coupon books; Complimentary Gratuities and $____ free play.  I had seen the free gratuities when I looked at things I could buy before hand as it showed them as being purchased already.  I had just not gotten to the (very late in the Travel Summary) Special Services.  Maybe everybody else already knew to do this--It did not occur to me.
