Off ship tipping question

Me and my Dad just completed a 7 day eastern on the Carnival Breeze. We took advantage of the bike transportation on the pier in Amber Cove and the shuttle to Havensight Mall in St Thomas. How much do you tip these people? We tipped $5 each direction. How about the porters at Debarkation when they take your luggage all the way to the car? We tipped him $10. Are those good amounts? Thoughts? Thank you.

I usually tip porters $5 and tour guides $5, but if the porter took your luggage all the way to the car for you, I can see tipping them more.

Ground level of the parking garage, about 10 spaces from the pay machines. Port Canaveral.

$1-2 per bag is customary for porters/bell hops.
