No cruises from Ft Lauderdale June - Oct 2020?

I did a quick search and didn't find anything but maybe it has been covered.

Does anyone know why there are no cruises scheduled out of Ft. Lauderdale from June to Oct 2020? Are they not posted yet or just nothing going out of here? I know some of the ships leave for other ports but all of them are gone?

Guessing those itineraries haven't been released yet. More are expected Feb/March.

Not sure there will be any sailings on the bigger ships.  Symphony is in Miami, Harmony in Port Canavaral, Allure is in the Mediterranean and Oasis is in New Jersey.  Freedom is in San Juan and Liberty in Galveston.  I think Allure comes back in late November/December to Port Everglades.  Not many options for RCI out of Florida, unless you want to pay more to be on the newer ships.

They're draining the port for a deep cleaning next summer. Should be back up and running for Thanksgiving!

More itineraries coming, but they may or may not add to US based summer 2020 itineraries.

Yes, not all 2020 itineraries are out yet.

I was about to "settle" on a cruise for summer of 2020, but I wasn't that thrilled about the options.

I'll wait patiently & hope something more to my liking gets added.

Yes, usually including "Seasonal" non-yr round Caribbean Cruises. Ones I sail are the 10/11 niters

Is there some work being done at the Port in FLL in May 2020.   I find it hard to believe Carnival still does not have any sailings out of the port from May 2020 until Oct 2020.

so are all of the cruises to the Bahamas & Caribbean that are available for summer 2020 now posted?

Or are there still more to be rolled out?

There is a ~$400 million project to deepen and widen the port that is scheduled to begin in the March-April 2020 timeframe. My best guess is this is why there are no cruises scheduled that summer.
