I hope he is still on the Dawn when I cruise in January!  He was the CD on the Jade on my cruise about a year ago.  It was the first time I ever was so impressed by a CD that I actually remembered his name.  (Or any of the senior staff's names, to be honest.)

Yes, Loredana was F&B on Getaway in September.

Just got off the Sun this morning. Here are the Hotel Senior Officers (and a couple more names):

Beverage Manager:  Jun Valdez

Executive Housekeeper:  Edgar Horlador

Guest Services Manager:  Ana Roncesvalles

Cruise Director: Luz Brillantes **

CruiseNext Manager:  Terry O'Leary

Group Services Coordinator: Vivian

Concierge: Armando

 

*   Cristian leaving today for vacation; back early November; Igor taking over till then

** Jeimy coming back to CD position on October 17

 

Cruise Director staff is VERY short-handed with only 3 of 6 positions filled. Henry is ACD, with Sonny, Paul & Irene working the activities. If this hasn't improved by the time you sail, please be kind to them - they're all exhausted.

Seems that Bruno is either loved or not.

 

This is what personality is all about. our views were shared and yes he was aloof and we simply ignored him for the rest of our cruise. Not a great experience but used customer Services in Atrium and gave  tip to a great guy. In our view he is not in the same class as others but that is our view and others  will find different

People have different preferences and I think that’s just fine 🙂. I will say he takes more effort to get to know than most (although I sincerely prefer that type of personality with something real underneath a thin crust to the superficial, salesman, vaguely flirty type we have occasionally run across across). I find the former types a challenge, but I can definitely see how people don’t expect to make that effort where that much money has been put down.

From what I know so far: Captain is Niklas Persson, GM is Jovo Sekulovic and concierge is Adrian Bica.

When I lasted posted in September, GM was Alain Magnier - I believe he's on for awhile longer.  Terrific!

 

F & B Dir. Tony Winkler was just great.  I think he may be on vacation and newly promoted Ionella (from Escape) was slated to step in.  

 

RM was Marek Bus.  Was very helpful with everthing.   Raj was Beverage Mgr.

 

Really enjoyed Richard Matic as CD.  Funny, talented and really drew the crowd in (I was on for B2B)

 

 Captain Martin was going to be moving to Encore.  I believe one of the Star Captains came on?

 

MD Clarita has been transferred to Encore.  Don't know if other MD Roman is still on.

 

GSC coordinator Gringo was also being sent to Encore.

 

Concierge was Suzannah (who used to be a MD in the "old" days).

 

Can't find my Meet & Greet card for GSM, Executive Housekeeper, etc.  

 

Does anyone have a much more current list of Dawn officers?  For the Aug-Sept. B2B we had a terrific team.

Clay has been CD on Breakaway for 8 weeks and will now be CD on Epic for 8 weeks according to his Instagram
