drumming cruisers Posted February 28, 2019 #1 Share Posted February 28, 2019 Trying to look at cruise history on Latitudes page on NCL website. Says "looks like this page took a permanent vacation" . Does anyone know where we look now for Latitudes rewards and cruise history???

Tminish Posted March 1, 2019 #6 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I can see mine...I just get an error when trying to do my check in. Which I’ve had for 4 weeks now. Hope it starts working for you soon!
don't-use-real-name Posted March 1, 2019 #7 Share Posted March 1, 2019 It is working fine on my machine - although the thread started 12 hours ago. Frequently in the wee hours of EST NCL does upgrades and maintenance on the web site - but I am not seeing anything on that order - the site however is s-l-o-w to load up and display. cruisingfyra Posted March 1, 2019 #8 Share Posted March 1, 2019 As of this morning, mine has the same problem as the OP.
don't-use-real-name Posted March 1, 2019 #9 Share Posted March 1, 2019 Still having problems - clear your browser - close multiple open windows - reload the website - refresh - do a warm reboot/restart. NCL's site should not be down for more than a few minutes or in the wee hours of EST (Miami headquarters) a couple of hours for maintenance upgrading whatever kind of blindfolded dart throwing at a revolving target calls for ! It was the end of the month last night and the beginning of a new monthly period today - give it another try !

casofilia Posted March 1, 2019 #12 Share Posted March 1, 2019 Interesting I can access using Internet Explorer but not Google Chrome.
TrumpyNor Posted March 1, 2019 #13 Share Posted March 1, 2019 I just logged in using Google Chrome, and no problems - might be because I automatically get rerouted to NCL Europe as I live in Europe and the problems several here are reporting about are for the US website?
