Error Message and can't post to roll call

When I am on my roll call (Navigator of the Seas 4/12/19) I can only go to first or last page.  When I try to go to any other page I get this message:      

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.
Size of a request header field exceeds server limit.

 

I also get this message when I try to post on this roll call.

 

Can anyone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?

Depends on the browser being used.

 

In Chrome: chrome://settings/, Clear browsing data.
