Prority baording Sydney

Recommended Posts

I've searched but couldn't find an answer, I've printed my paperwork for a cruise from Sydney and because I'm from the US it's not showing me as Priority.  A while back on the Carnival Australia Facebook page They responded they know who we are because they have access to the US database, but nothing shows on the documents.  Any idea how that works?  Thanks.

I booked directly with Carnival AU, and without my asking the agent told me that we would not have priority status. Our documentation doesn't show it. This booking is a casino premier cruise which includes priority boarding and we are diamond level, none of which is shown anywhere. I figured AU just does stuff differently.

I don’t have carnival loyalty but I have Royal.

They both use the same contractor inter cruises.

Over the years, sometime there’s a priority line sometimes not.but the process is quick and it doesn’t take long anyway.

Not correct Carnival use a different shoreside services company to Royal. It would however make no difference as it is the cruise companies that call the shots as to what priority lines are used. I know Carnival have a " priority line in Sydney but don't know what criteria is used to determine which guests use it.

I've got my Diamond card from last month on the Vista, I'll bring that with.  99 cruises with Carnival should get me in LOL

Um...CrzCrazy...what an accurate name. 🙂

Is this your first from Australia? Do you expect to receive your 100 milestone card on this cruise?

Sorry graham, I knew would give us the facts.

so what do you do outside the cruise season, I suppose there’s a few ships but not like the summer months?

Same as most other times, annoys people.

just cancelled my celebrity cruise to try and avoid him.

Just postponing the inevitable.😎

Actually bringing it forward a week. The celebrity one Mrs G would have needed a bit of long service leave, Radiance none needed. that was the real deal maker, plus saved about $1100 (but lost $600 OBC). Add into the mix Qld coast in Jan, v NZ, didn’t take a lot of thinking.

Good decision making all round.

As Mic said , we cruise, but it depends on the generosity of all those "SPETHIAL people" I check in as  to what  we do and judging by the " results" this season I might just stay home and collect plastic bottles and cans to make up the shortfall 😂😂😂😂🤑  ( actually off to Alaska and Hawaii👌)

Only by some..... Oops  I forgot ...sorry ......three names

Out of every profession, the bartender can provide advice, the taxi driver can give political commentary but it is the coach driver that knows best when it comes to travelling etiquette.
