Any one know of loyalty status match (other than by MSC) currently offered by any cruise line?

As far as l can tell, NO

 The only line to status match outside of their "family" (RCL, Azmara, Celebrity are all part of the same parent company) is MSC.

No they only match with each other as they are owned by Royal Caribbean

No they only match amongst themselves.

 

MSC is the only one that matches any other line.

MSC's Status Match Program is great.  As a HAL 5 Star Mariner, I am a Black Card Member (their highest Voyagers Club category) on MSC.  The Voyager Club benefits look good.
