Thanks for posting the movies. 

I have a question about the schedule do they show all the movies on a 7 day cruise or just a few over and over.

They tend to have around 2 each night, and they are never repeated throughout the cruise.

I have a question as well ( first time cruiser).. Do they differ on each ship or all the same?  Also, Im cruising end of July, do the movies change a lot from month to month? Wouldn't mind seeing Captain Marvel! hahah. Ok so I had two questions..

The movies are the same on all of the ships, I believe. The movies tend to stay in the rotation for a few months. Here is the May rotation for a comparison. As you can see, there are many movies that have stayed.

Please note that these movies are only being played on ships that have the movie screens.  The smaller ships without screens do not have Dive In Movies.

When we were on the Legend a few years ago, they did not have a big screen.

Ok ... sooo with the Dive in movies, do you have to get a seat ahead of time( I dont want to watch from the pool). Im a first timer so I think it would be fun to grab some blankets, drinks , snacks and watch a movie under the stars!!

Yes it would be wise to arrive a bit early.  They do have free popcorn and free blankets at the towel hut.  You give them your room number when picking up towels and dropping them off.  We arrive about 15 minutes early.  Enjoy, we love going to the dive in movies.

There are generally 2 movies at night. They typically start around 7 and 9 or something along those lines. There are sometimes ones starting at midnight. It will be listed in the daily Fun Times. You can also watch movies in your room at any time

Based on the information on carnival.com https://www.carnival.com/cruise-ships/carnival-sunrise.aspx  The ship does have the outdoor movie screen, so I would say yes, they have Dive In movies.

John just announced that the IMAX films for the next couple of weeks for ships that have the separate IMAX theater will be Avengers: End Game and the new Godzilla movie! Wish I knew what will be playing on Vista in 4 weeks!
